What is a rod end?
Rod ends are often used to connect 2 shafts together. Such as for the digger of the excavator, but also for other applications that require a flexible connection. We supply rod ends that are weldable and also threaded. We supply with male thread (a stud) and with female thread. Female threaded rod ends have locking screws to pinch the threaded connection for a more secure screw connection.
